The hotel's location was very convenient for my business trip. It was close to all the places I needed to visit, making it easy for me to navigate around town. The breakfast provided at the hotel was top-notch. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.

The room I stayed in did not have air conditioning. It would have been much more pleasant if there was a way to cool down the room.

Friendliness of staff

The lack of staff meant we had to wait sometime before being served in the bar. We gave up trying to have a second drink. The hotel was definetly lacking in character as well as people.

Not far from Flamingo Casino. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location to the RetroPop 2017 Concert Venue, European style building. Really close to a well equipped fitness centre which is located in an adjacent building, Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Emmen, and the shopping centres. Newly remodelled, soundproof unit by mobile wifi, and incredibly nice staff.

This place is perfect with a great location right in the city center, highly recommended!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast options were great. The city its small and that makes the location good. Free on-site parking was nice to have.

Its close to the railway track, so whenever the odd train went by (once an hour or so) it was audible inside. The room was not air conditioned, so we kept the windows open. That made the noise worse. Thanks to a hectic day, I did not hate the noise much, but if you are not as sound a sleeper as I am, then you might wanna keep this in mind. The hair dryer was broken. Thankfully I had brought my own.

Clean, unassuming but comfortable hotel. We arrived for a rally, and when multiple visitors wanted to have breakfast 30 minutes before normal times, they made an effort to ensure that the breakfast buffet was fully ready at that earlier time.

I was staying there for a buisness purpose and since the hotel was near the town centre I choose it. It is a good hotel in general and you can be in the centre of the tow within 15 minutes walking.

I requested a room with an AC and one I checked in to my room it didn't contain one, so I requested to change my room and they did, but after one day they shiffted me again because of water leakage problem in some of the rooms!! Another thing is the internet service, they have a T-mobile hot spot in the hotel and the prices are not that cheap, so I feal it would be better if they provided a connection from the hotel itself either free of charge of with differrent prices.

We had a fantastic stay at Fletcher Hotel in a beautiful room. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a big bath tub and a Nespresso machine. the location was convenient, not too far from the city centre and Wildlands. They had a great selection of bikes, including Ebikes, which we rented to go to the music festival Retropop. the hotel even had a special safe garage for bicycles. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend staying here!
